VIHAAN AGARWAL

FOUNDER

Vihaan (19) is the founder of OneStepGreener. With innate leadership skills, he started on a mission of creating cleaner and greener surroundings for everyone. Initially, it wasn’t an easy task to convince people to believe in the concept, but eventually, when everyone noticed the practicality of his idea, people started believing in Vihaan's approach. That was when he founded One Step Greener. He has received many accolades for his work both nationally and Internationally. The winner of the International Children's Peace Prize for 2021, he was also the First Asian to win the Children’s Climate Prize, 2019 in Sweden.

NAV AGARWAL

FOUNDER

Nav (16) is the co-founder of One Step Greener. A passionate advocate for the environment, Nav is an inspiring orator who motivates many to join this green movement. He has also been the recipient of many National and International Awards. He was awarded the coveted International Children's Peace Prize for 2021 and is the first Asian to win the Children’s Climate Prize, 2019 in Sweden. He was a jury member for Times Of India’s Young Change Leaders Contest, chosen by BBC as an Earth Champion and is the winner of the Global Social Leaders Award and is an Action for Nature Eco Hero Awardee.

General Mannager

Devender joined OneStepGreener with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit Organization, and focused on developing the organisation with experience and integrity.He has worked with the organisation for the past 3+ years and has been crucial in the growth of OSG.

Truck driver

Associated with OneStepGreener from the inception Gurvinder is extremely reliable and diligent. He brings with him operational efficiency and domain expertise. He talks to customers making sure everything is going smoothly.

OPERATIONS PERSONNEL

Deepak joined from the informal sector and has received extensive training on procedures and waste management. He says at OneStepGreener he has found a job with dignity and a big change that has come about is that he was taught how to start a bank account and how to operate it. He is an integral part of our work.He segregates the waste as well as goes on pickups.
